 overview  SHIFT came onto the scene when sustainability for housing was in need more than ever. Clients were looking for builders and developers who could give them more than just a pretty house. They wanted to feel good about what they were creating.

The branding for SHIFT fell directly out of their purpose: advancing sustainable housing and "shifting" the market into the future. Today, SHIFT provides community and housing solutions and products designed by some of the top manufacturers, environmentalists, and design talents in the industry.
